If you read the rank structure thread I made then you'd know that Baby Gangsters are most likely to be jumped in at an early age (13-14). With that being said, you're most likely to be in high-school at that age and because of that and because we want to spice things up and make the faction as realistic as possible, we're going to host school role-play just like we did in my previous faction, but even better this time. I have to say the last faction I created (which was around this time last year) wasn't the best, we didn't follow up on the whole LA-gang theme thing and by the time we figured that out the faction was already about to be closed down for reasons which I will not state here.
Now what's going to happen is, I will have a bus driver alt account which I'll drive you to school with, the school IC'ly is going to be a random building in Long Beach but OOC'ly I'm going to have to drop you off at City Hall in Pershing Square, because that's where we hosted it last time and the rooms inside are the closest as you can get to class-rooms. Seeing as a lot of people I'm cool with are leading their own factions nowadays, I'll see if I can get the teenager-side of their factions to join us with the school role-play thing just to spice things up, but that is just another suggestion though (Gangs close to Long Beach of course).
tw1ster will have a teacher alt-account which he'll be role-playing of course, the teacher on. School role-play lasts for only about 30 minutes or so OOC'ly but I can promise you that it is one of the most funnest experiences you're ever going to have, we had a blast the last time we did it and I had a lot of people private messaging me all over saying that we should do it again or that we should set up a certain day of the week for school role-play. That is still to be determined and discussed though, we need to know everyone's time-zone and when they are able to get online and participate in the event.

Shit lasted for about 30 to 40 minutes like I said, it doesn't take long but it's an amazing experience and it's fun as hell. I won't lie we were still on some troll shit back then but this time it'll be much more serious considering the fact that we posses more knowledge not only on LA gang themes but also about portraying characters realistically.
